Wow! We just can’t stop saying that.
The turnout for auditions this year was absolutely phenomenal. And the talent
each of you possess is fantastic. With so many great actors and vocalists from
which to choose, it was by far the most difficult production we’ve ever had to
cast. Please don’t be discouraged if you weren’t cast in the role you desired.
No matter what your role...we can guarantee you’ll have a great time during this
production. And, you just might learn a thing or two!
Parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and neighbors....our
producer is developing some awesome plans for our set and props (I heard the
words confetti canon last night!), so if you are able to volunteer your time and
talents to help us out in any area(s), please don’t be shy!
As we discussed, we will have a meeting/script read tomorrow (Tuesday) night at
6 p.m. at First Congregational Church on Washington in Highland. It’s important
that a parent attend this one also. Lots of valuable information will be passed
along. If you are unable to attend, PLEASE let us know ASAP. If we do not hear
from you, we can only assume you are not interested in the role you received
and, if necessary, we will re-cast that role.
And don’t forget to check the web for rehearsal schedule updates. We will do our
best to keep things organized, but with more than 80 children involved in the
show, it could be challenging on occasion.
THANKS to everyone who came out for auditions. We can’t wait to get to know you
all!
